Originally from Buenos Aires, we established ourselves in El Calafate in 1987 with the vision of creating the first hostel in Patagonia.
Our hostel has received numerous awards, and we have been part of an international chain.

Our guests from all over the world have always found warmth and professionalism in our services, which is why they asked us to avoid conventional tourist routes and organize personalized excursions. They loved our unique style.

Simultaneously, Danny Feldman became a naturalist guide in English for Los Glaciares National Park and designed an alternative way to explore the Moreno Glacier that still exists today: the Moreno Glacier Alternative Tour.
By the year 2000, we founded the Hotel del Glaciar. Strategically located on the main street, in the heart of the city, and in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of El Calafate.

In this project, we discovered the perfect blend of quality, professionalism, and warmth that has earned us recognition.

In recent years, we have also added our own bus fleet, with its dedicated maintenance workshop and the necessary qualifications to explore both Argentine and Chilean Patagonia. This complements our services for groups staying at our Hostel Los Pioneros and the Glacier Hotel, enabling us to provide personalized transportation services.

We are on the verge of celebrating 35 years of experience. Mario and Clarita, Danny's parents, are no longer actively involved, but Danny and his wife Filo continue to work tirelessly to ensure that every detail meets your expectations.
